Redundancy

Would appreciate some help if possible.

Currently in a consultation for the above reason and I'm not sure that all is as it should be.

Would it be possible for someone who knows the legal aspects to take a look at the letter I've received and possibly answer my queries about how my boss has carried this out?

I'm not an expert in this field, but just to make you aware, ACAS will provide free advice on your rights. Not sure they will look at a letter, but they will advise on your legal rights through the redundancy process.

I've tried speaking to CAB but hadn't thought about ACAS, will have a word with them.
