Anyone done CIOB? advice on route to take

2010 Economics Graduate, couldn't get a job in fx trading. Joined a onstruction company i had worked at for previous summers, ended up in procurement then assistant/site manager over 5 years.
Moved company (site manager ) and just passed probation. looking into going the CIOB qualification, either through the Graduate Conversion certificate or the professional review route.
any advice is welcomed.
