HTML, CSS
Presentation design
Meticulous attention to detail and able to fulfil admin elements of role.
High levels of Literacy and numeracy
Positive, creative and enthusiastic
Good time management
Client facing and able to utilise creative talent and thrive within a corporate environment.
Good levels of literacy and numeracy

Creative Designers shouldn't be doing CSS and HTML. You want a Web Designer for that.Creative Industries rolling 5 occupations into a single job has to be big niggle for me.

It's like hiring an architect and then asking him to do the foundations and bricklaying.

I agree. However I do think an understanding of these is useful, when creating something that a developer can implement rapidly.
