There are 2 positions available here. Skills needed as follow:
Thorough understanding of print and digital design processes and elements.
Brand awareness, compliance and application
Typography
Image selection
Info graphics, icon design
HTML, CSS
Presentation design
Meticulous attention to detail and able to fulfil admin elements of role.
High levels of Literacy and numeracy
Positive, creative and enthusiastic
Good time management
Client facing and able to utilise creative talent and thrive within a corporate environment.
Good levels of literacy and numeracy

Creative Designers shouldn't be doing CSS and HTML. You want a Web Designer for that.Creative Industries rolling 5 occupations into a single job has to be big niggle for me.

I agree. However I do think an understanding of these is useful, when creating something that a developer can implement rapidly. It's like hiring an architect and then asking him to do the foundations and bricklaying.
