Workplace training ideas

I'm low level management in a predominantly transport (healthcare) field. I've done a couple of general management courses, ILM and NVQ to level 4. I have the opportunity for some more training now, with manager cpc (needed for managing in haulage etc.) being suggested.
My direct line of promotion no longer requires this, companies with jobs which require this would look negatively on my complete lack of relevant experience (haulage).
So any suggestions on courses / training? Ideally something that helps me diversify career options.
I appreciate it would be helpful here if I could say what I'd like to do for a vocation, but I don't know.
I'm good at, I think, man management, resolving issues, problem solving, meeting targets and many, many other things...
I don't want to do another generic (soul destroying) management course. Any ideas?

Something like Lean/Six Sigma training to formalise some of your skills around resolving issues, problem solving and hitting targets ?

Interesting, I was part of a team who changed non emergency ambulance through lean working a few years ago so have some knowledge of it.
