Been where I have been for 2 years now and starting to get the itch to move. Primarily because I don't see a bright future and would like to do something I am a bit more interested in. Of course a bump in pay is always nice too.

But I seem to be getting spat out at the first screening stage (probably a computer doing key-word search). I applied for 2 Rolls Royce jobs and was immediately rejected for one. The other remained in "Application Review" for about a month before I got the rejection for that.

So I guess my CV just isn't working. Thing is without any feedback, I am not sure why it isn't working. Can anyone take a look? I can email it over.

I am no expert, but can take a look. PM me.

I look through many CVs when we recruit so I know what I look for. Plus when looking for work a couple of years ago, I got a job with my first application.

i have thrown more CV's into the circular filing cabinet than most so feel free to PM - I am known for being brutally honest with people.

Thanks guys. It'll probably be Monday as I think the latest version is on my works machine. Possibly on my OH's laptop, so I'll have a skank tomorrow. Thanks again.
