Question regarding pay notice
Discussion
Recently handed my one week notice into the company that I currently work for, and as stated in the contract of employment, it says
'The Employer reserves the right to pay salary (at the rate payable under clause 6.1 above) in lieu of notice'
What does this mean for me? Do I get paid for the week's notice?
Thanks in advance
