Anyone work for a University?

I have an interview with a small "modern" university.
They have asked to do a 15 minute presentation on "Challenges facing the University"
The role is senior in finance. I have done a lot of desktop research, read their annual report and strategic plan for the next few years, also looked into funding changes afoot, and brexit influence, so will lift a lot of information from all that. However, a bit of insight from any other works within this type of organisation would be great.
I presume, maybe incorrectly, that not only do I identify the "challenges" but potential work fixes, and apply my previous knowledge to them? Having never worked in "public finance" I am at a little bit of a disadvantage.
Also will need to come up with a list of questions to ask during the interview, so if anyone has any good ones, please advise.

I'm assuming you've visited and met the hiring manager for a coffee and asked what their challenges are?
It's not usually good form to ask lots of questions at interview; it tells me you've not done much research/due diligence prior to the interview. There is capacity for one or two to maybe clarify something that came up in your interview. When I'm interviewing, those that ask questions (and they're usually daft questions), those candidates rarely get the role as they haven't been bothered to find out this stuff prior.

TEF, REF, dip in number of 18 year olds, apprenticeships, changes to funding in nursing midwifery and ahp (if relevant), competition from Russel group unis for students and research income (ie students with lower entry tariff points and smaller research grants being captured).
