Substitute contract clause help

I've arranged a day where I sub for a friend at my old work place (work place is cool with it). Is there a contract template thing we can use so there is something in place between his LTD and mine?

I don't have anything generic, but you can look online for a time and materials services template. Just make sure it's under UK law. A quick google finds one at lawdepot.co.uk - I've never used it so can't recommend or otherwise, but it's the kind of thing. If you have a standard contract you can use that as your terms and he can just send you a PO to invoice against.
