Redundancy looms Business case for new role

Lucky me, i've been marked for redundancy come the end of July.

This decision was based on the opinion of a senior executive who has now left the business, his replacement starts next week. As such i'm looking to create a business case / proposal to keep my role with some added responsibility.

I've canvassed a number of senior colleagues who have given me their support.

I've been looking on Google for some kind of guide / template to help me share this document but to no avail.

Does anyone on here know of a good resource to find this type of thing?
