Just a brief question, my son has worked for an agency at the same site for 9 months should he be getting paid for bank holidays?
It`s poor pay but it is a job he likes and can do and he does get holiday pay.

His T's & C's should state that he should if he is entitled too it - Under AWR he should mirror his perm counterparts.
