Generic Product Demonstration - Interview

Hi Everyone,
I am due to be having a final stage interview for a field based Sales/Account Manager role on Monday. The role will be to sell HR software.
As part of the interview remit I have been asked to prepare a 15 minute product demonstration so they can see me in action. Whilst this seem quite simple, deciding what to present is actually quite a tricky one. I cannot demo anything industry specific as I don't know or have access to their software and I cannot present anything relevant my current role as my employer is a direct competitor.
I am curious to see what others on here would go for in this situation. I am thinking perhaps something like Microsoft Outlook or Excel as it's a platform I know and can easy articulate the value of.

I would be tempted to pick some software that I regularly use or have used in the past that is unlikely to have ever been used by them.
As you know, the important bit is articulating the value it provides and getting them to come away feeling like they understand how to use it.
I would avoid something like Excel as everyone knows how to use it and it would probably bore them to death.
All in my opinion of course.

Thanks! It's only 15 minutes so if I bore them to death in that time I don't deserve the job. haha.
That's an interesting take on it, I'll try to find something that I use that they won't understand and see if that works.
My rationale behind using Outlook or similar is that they know what it is and what it does. By taking this approach they could clearly see where I'm emphasising certain functions and tying these back to their business.
