Employment Law Protection

Gents,

After reaching a fairly senior level in a job I really enjoy I'm also cautious of any potential issues in the future.

Call me cynical / paranoid but it would be good to know I had a degree of support from an employment law perspective. That should I come to use would be of the right calibre to support I.e. Not your ambulance chaser version of employment lawyer.

Can anyone make any recommendations or guide on expected costs?

Appreciate any info.

I would say you are overly cautious but otherwise search for past posts in this section from Breadvan. He has posted several suggestions in the last.

PM me and I can recommend some people. I am a barrister and only work on referrals from solicitors, so it wouldn't be me.

Obtaining advice before a problem arises is very sensible. As a litigator, I would be much less busy if more people took advice on stuff before doing it.
