Tips for interview - Case Study?

Hi guys

I have a second round interview coming up which is set to take around 2hrs - first hour is a case study with me answering via flip chart then the second hour is presenting the data back to the interview panel followed by general questions.

The role is within a finance team but generally a more operationally focused role (I.e. not a technical accounting position)

Has anyone any experience of a similar process who can offer up any tips or ideas as to what case studies typically contain?

I'm not sure what they will be looking for (is it approach to a question, technical knowledge of something, other?) so any guidance would be a great help as I prep.

Are you being represented by an agency or have you applied directly? If you are being represented by an agent ask them to ask their client what is expected, it's part of their job.

Hi - thanks for the input. I applied direct so unfortunately not an option however!

I'm not a finance guy, but work with the finance business partners from business perspective.

I'd expect them to be testing technical knowledge, but also then the ability to position this for the business partner in a sensible and easy to understand manner.
