Just received an email from a friend who lives in Israel, the relevant bit is below...
"I was wondering if you could recommend a freelance HR recruitment specialist for C level positions for banking.
Clients of mine are in the process of opening a bank in the Isle of Man. They need someone from London to help them appoint a CEO, COO, Head of Compliance. They prefer not work with a firm at this stage.
Any recommendations?"
