Telephone Interview

Hi,

I've been invited to take part in the above, as the first round in an employment selection process for a vacancy I have recently applied.
The role is Senior Project / Property Manager.

I've never been through this scenario before, but have sat many interviews..

Any tips or advice on how I can best prepare myself would be sincerely appreciated. What are the usual formats etc?

Telephone interviews aren't very different from face to face ones. Just two people discussing a thing and asking questions. Have a glass of water at hand. Don't use your mobile if reception is unreliable. Close the windows. If it's on Skype, dress up in case they want video on.
