Tools to help with managing workload
Discussion
Hi
I currently get a lot of unrelated tasls to do, both BAU and project related (and I know I'm not unique there!). ATM I remember and successfully complete all of this by managing my workload in my head but I am looking to use some sort of web app to help with this, like Todoist.
What do you recommend?
If it matters, I work in IT Ops.
Thanks

Another vote for onenote, which is great. Used on a Pen enabled tablet it is awesome. It has com0letley replaced paper for me. The bonus that you can search the one note books makes it invaluable.
Also have a look at the Getting Things Done approach. I use onenote, with tasks in outlook following a GTD lite approach.
I works really well and tends to stop 3am thinking sessions.
