Not sure glass door will help unless you have some specifics.

What type of risk - counterparty/credit, market, operational.?

Working on the desk in front office? Or with a risk group.? Or within Ops?

Grade - VP, Director, MD?

Experience?

Size of bank?

I've seen people with risk in their title go up to 450/500k in Front Office. (all in)

Also seen ops risk people on 30k.with bonus of a couple of k.
