Yep wow, where is that? I know about 2-3 C# guys that I would hire in a heartbeat and about 20 I hope to never see again.

Give me details I have access to a lot of them, but I would need to know industry/location/vague rates and if you would take consultants, etc.

No probs, you have the right industry, I can chat offline and do an intro to some folks and then you can go with it if interested after the first meeting or walk if not.
