Part time / Job share

My wife is currently looking for a new role on a job share or part time basis. I foolishly thought that with over ten years experience at a Fortune 500 company on front of house, switchboard it shouldn’t be too hard.... how wrong I was. It seems that unless you can do full time there’s really nothing out there. We are based south east, Hampshire / Berkshire border. Has anyone else had this? What did you find in the end? It seems it’s either a carer type role or down to M&S.... A really frustrating situation, cheers.
