I am looking for a Junior level developer, ideally with 1-2 years experience with the Microsoft stack. We are a
small company with a solid customer base of Health+Care providers throughout the UK.

We offer competitive salary, unlimited vacations and you'd be working from home most of the time.

Be good if you was based near Cambridge, Milton Keynes or Manchester, but location isn't a deal breaker.

I'd imagine it revolves around "are you getting your deliverables done " or "have you completed your objectives on your perfomance report"

Which for a developer, and especially .Net development should be quite easy to tell. Assuming some level of bug tracking and code repository software is at play.

Obv not lines of code per day BS but anyone who knows the system can look in and say. Ooh I like the way you fixed that or ( probably more often ... ) wince. Ok you fixed that bug but I really don't like what you shoe horned in there to do it.

So taking 250 days off per year might work if you are a LEGEND at coding and smash it all out in 3 weeks of Swordfish style Red Wine and House Music but mere mortals may well deliver a phase of their project and then have a while off and crack on again. The better it goes the longer they feel justified taking off?
