Sometimes i see a driver and a passenger doing deliveries in an van the passenger is helping the driver deliver the parcels i was wondering what this job position is called? As i cannot find a job like this to apply to. I just want to be a passenger and help the driver deliver parcels if you know which company provides this job please let me know thank you.

I used to be an owner driver for Business post about 25 years ago when you could make a good profit
These companies are only there to stitch you up now They dont want you to make money You may even come out of it at a loss
Search the internet you will never find a story of anybody making money in the last 15 years

Ups call them a helper. Good company to work for. Pretty relaxed and decently paid
Unfortunately they dont have any positions available
I've recently gone back to truck driving and can't fault them as an employer.
Pay wise they are top end in my opinion.
Made me look at the UPS site.
7.5 tonne multi drop driver needed in Gatwick.
Thought that would suit me.
£10 per hour
Guess due to tachograph you would only get to do say 40 hours max so 400 pounds a week.
I live in a tiny flat in SW London and have child maintenance to pay.
That wouldn't cover my rent.
How can anyone live on that in Southern England?

As a helper I was paid £9.50 per hour in stoke on Trent. The drivers told me they were on £33k. That's not bad up here. The pace of work was quite relaxed.7.5 tonne multi drop driver needed in Gatwick.
