Redundancy risk- cv and application help!
Discussion
Good morning folks.
I've read some great threads in this section so I'm hoping some of you can assist.
My wife is a Pa to the md and has been notified that her job may be at risk due to structural changes (retail sector, her boss has had the area he is responsible for halved therefore requirement for a pa has reduced).
While we hear what the outcome is, should she be reallocated or kept and another pa let go we are planning for the worst and she has been applying for jobs.
She has had a few knock backs for posts and feedback has been limited, I would like someone who has experience to review her cv/applications and give us a bit of insight, I haven't had to apply for anything in ten years and she's done maybe one or two in the past 5.
Whilst she is finding it stressful she had her eye on other jobs with better benefits and was thinking of making a move so I'm hoping we can turn this into a positive.
Thanks in advance, A. Hb.
