Employment Contract- Post Termination Restrictions

Hi All,

I know this has been discussed here before however I have been approached from a direct competitor in the same market, I am in a role of external sales and the new position being offered is exactly the same.

Before I pursue the offer any further I am concerned about the restrictions in my contract and the implications that may come with it.

I would like someone with experience in these matters, if possible to have a look at the few paragraphs in my contract and tell me if or how deep I'm in the "doo doo" if I move companies.

Has anyone got the time and good heart to PM me so I can send the paragraphs privately as I don't real want to share the the paragraphs on in interweb just in case.
