I wonder if there is someone here who is legally trained and can offer some advice on the merit of taking a former employer to a tribunal.

The employers solicitor keeps asking me to seek professional advice and that they will ask for legal costs to be charges to me.

I am freaking out a bit and wondering if there is any merit in my case. I would prefer not to state the case on here.
