Watson Glaser Tests

Have you taken one and how did you find this?

I expect to have to return to a company in the new year and was told yesterday at 1st stage informal interview level that although they want me to meet the
boss thats the 3rd stage. To get there I have to pass the 2nd stage which is to sit their Watson Glaser test to see how I think and analyse stuff. The interviewer said this is critical for employment at the company so I am slightly nervous.......
