Pension Question
Discussion
So I found a new job now and im on 3 months probation. No mention made of the pension arrangements and this time round at the interview I didnt ask and risk putting up any blockers to getting the job.
Now its a small UK based family business with around 20 employees but does anybody know if a firm of that size must by law provide a scheme?
I know that from April 19th every employer must provide a contribution scheme paying a min 3% a month into the scheme but its whether my new small company would fall within the definition of company under the new arrangements given its size.....

As far as I'm aware ALL companies regardless of size must offer a workplace pension.
