Basically, we have a client with slightly complex order processing requirements, we suggested Veeqo / Shipstation but they have reasons not to use them and I think we need a specialist in now as its delaying the launch.

Cheers but it’s too £££ the sanity check on metapack is 1/2000 a day. They only do 4/500 a day.

Doesn't necessarily cost a lot for custom software depending on the issues. Could just be a case of using an existing SaaS platform but using the platforms REST API and Webhooks to add additional functionality to cover the short comings. What is the problem with their current process?

Bespoke right now on a god awful site, we’ve finished the build but this is hanging over the launch.

For carrier management/label creation at the point of despatch, try Shipster in Manchester, ask for Tony and say Nick sent you. Far cheaper and much more personal and flexible that the likes of Metapack.
I would recommend Peoplevox for WMS and they integrate nicely with Shipster, were pushing 300,000 orders/year through it.
