Working Inside IR35

Hi all.
Quick question which i was unable to find on my google travels.

Working outsdie of IR35, there was always the 2yr rule. When working inside IR35 for a public company, do the 2 year rule still apply?

If you are referring to travel and subsistence expenses you can't claim them at all if working inside ir35 so I suppose the 2 year rule does not apply!
