How To Fake A Skype Job Interview
Discussion
Pretty sure I wouldn't be as calm as the interviewer in that scenario!
I once interviewed someone over Skye for a developer role at the consultancy I used to work at. It was clear a few times that she was looking up the answers to my questions on a second screen during the interview, getting the answers with only small delays in her responses.
We offered her the job the next day as I was impressed that she could a) find the answers so quickly and b) had the confidence to do this in front of me during the interview.
She proved to be an excellent consultant and is still there as far as I know.
