Employee has worked for Limited company for 2 years on salary.
Has four consecutive days off.
Employment contract makes no mention of specific company sick pay policy.
My understanding is that the employer must pay, as a minimum, SSP rate of £94.25/week starting from the forth day of illness. The first three days off sick are "waiting days"?
