Freelance Site Manager

I am currently sub contracting for a small building firm specialising in high end building work. Covering new builds extensions and large renovations. Most of our work is £1million plus.

I am looking at different roots to push my career forward so looking a becoming a freelance site manager.

Is there anyone here that freelances that can possibly give me advice and the best places to go.
