Working time legislation changes...

Slightly old now...

My company's view seems to be you can take holiday whenever you want so they don't be doing this.
The key paragraph for me is...
(10) Where in any leave year it was not reasonably practicable for a worker to take some or all of the leave to which the worker was entitled under this regulation as a result of the effects of coronavirus (including on the worker, the employer or the wider economy or society), the worker shall be entitled to carry forward such untaken leave as provided for in paragraph (11).
Company view being that they let you take holiday, society or the economy isn't stopping you so there's no reason to allow the additional rollover.
Has anyone else experienced similar? All seems sensible to me, we've several projects for the end of the year we can't push back I'd much rather my staff had a longer summer break next year personally.
