I know it's on the Govt job website, but it's all over our social media too and I'm wondering where else to promote/advertise it.
Also, any constructive criticism would be appreciated.
For clarification, this is an employed position with a fully expensed vehicle provided.

Good point! I'll amend. Can only list the job for 4 weeks. However, it says don't apply until you are aware of what is required not don't apply if you don't have a badge.. It's not us that holds up the process!

Not it does not say that, though that could be interpreted that way. The length of time for the process is irrelevant but when the same time period for the job from posting to closing makes them appear linked. Just say check the requirements and if you think you will pass, then please apply. You're going to get several hundred if not a thousand applications anyway, sounds like a nice driving job even without the mass unemployment at the moment. I used to recruit van drivers, a decent driver is really really hard to find, the best lads always came via word of mouth. The problem is every d

If you know it needs clarification on this post it probably needs clarification in the advert. As it is, it reads like the candidate has to supply the car. I know it's on the Govt job website, but it's all over our social media too and I'm wondering where else to promote/advertise it.

You say they need to be good communicator, is it worth clarifying that needs to be in (presumably) English and (presumably) spoken, as opposed to written?
It could go either way if you mention the vehicle is provided. If you do mention it, you'll get a lot more applicants, potentially from unsuitable people desperate for anything and it'll increase your admin time sifting. If you don't mention it, you'll get fewer applicants but the ones you do get will be more serious and prepared to use their own vehicle so. These people could already be in a similar job which may be the perfect pool to choose from.
If there is scope for increases in salary or leave entitlement over time then mention it. Job prospects are important to some people so attracting people who see it as a long term thing is beneficial. Maybe mention sick leave entitlement?
To be honest, there is so much more you could include to cover every single aspect and benefit but it might be better to just cover it all at interview stage. Use the ad to screen out time wasters and undesirables. The ad says more about the company than what the actual role itself will entail which is a good teaser to get people interested who can then find out more at interview. I'd offer people a chance to contact you to ask questions before submitting an application as this will again reduce any time wasters.

I think I can guess the answer, but is this a 35 hour week 9 to 5 (or whatever), or 35 hours over 5 days?
It clearly says 35 hours over five days out of seven. Also, thanks all for the suggestion on making it clear the vehicle is supplied. I've made that clear in the advert now.
