How many months pay would expect with this contract?

Reading the below extract from the contract, after 3 years and 2 months how much notice should the employer give/pay?

I think they probably meant one weeks notice for each continuous year of service but that isn't what they have put so 3 months

Looks very odd - 11 years service = 11 months, 12 years service = 3 months?!

Yes it is confusing! The wife was made redundant, and he says 1 month, but I said 3 months as thats what the contract says.

However, I do think a mistake has been made and it should say week!
