looking around at local jobs and this is in an ad...whats it mean?


A season ticket loan after you've completed 12 weeks of service and passed your probation

Means that once you have passed probation, and at least 12 weeks has passed, they will advance you the money to buy an annual public transport ticket, rather than paying the extra for daily etc. Probably low or zero interest rates. If its not a well paid job, that can be a big difference.
