Redundancy Questions
Discussion
There may be lots of specific employer agenda items at play here, so quite difficult to advise from outside your organisation.
Couple of things:
There’s usually a consultation period where you’d get a chance to ask all of these questions; is that being offered?
You’ve got a line manager who should also be supporting their direct reports; have you had discussions with yours?
And a stark reminder to many; do take responsibility for your own job description. Review it annually or if anything substantial changes before then.
Good luck!
