Comparison Tool - Current Remuneration Vs Potential Offer

As per the title, does anyone know of some useful tools or spreadsheet that will help compare my current remuneration package and that of a prospective employer?

Something that will take into account Pension Contributions, bonuses, car allowances etc and make the necessary adjustments to deductions.
