Been considering some kind of seasonal work but not sure of what exactly. Any ideas or good experiences of seasonal work?

You need to be more specific.

Do you mean seasonal work like working in a ski chalet, or outdoor pursuits center?

Or more mundane - postman, shelf stacking, supermarket delivery, amazon delivery?

Do you have any specific skills?

Either way I highly recommend something that doesn't involve sustained contact with the general public.

I'm sure all the supermarkets will be looking for extra staff to do the packing for the delivery/collection orders.

Ditto, Amazon Flex to deliver small packages in your normal car.

Post Office normally take on temp staff on the run up to Xmas.

Picking/packing jobs at warehouses - John Lewis etc

Probably getting fairly close to application cut off time, as need to pass DBS checks etc.

Supermarkets are taking on for Xmas cover. My lad has been interviewed by M&S and awaiting result, he's been told applications are now closed so get in quick if that represents all supermarkets.
