Work place drinking water provison?
Discussion
Where I once worked they provided very nice glass bottles of water for meetings, visitors were very impressed that they provided such expensive looking bottles of water and they often commented on how nice it tasted. The canteen staff just filled them from the tap in the kitchen.
On the plus side they did provide OK tea and coffee as well.

Depends what the source is.
From the mains, or from a tank on the roof with dead pigeons in.
I would definitely be taking this up with HR / building management, for clarification.
In a kitchen it will almost certainly be drinking water. I've managed loads of office/commercial buildings and I can't remember one where the kitchen didn't have drinking water. From the mains, or from a tank on the roof with dead pigeons in.

TBH I think the OP is missing an opportunity here, to come into work with one of those comically oversized drinking bottles of water. The staff in the restroom/canteen/communal area will respect and admire your prowess in H20 consumption

A lad that I work with comes to work with a 3 litre water bottle so he knows he’s drank 3 litres a day. He thinks I’m a thick
when I tell him just fill a 1 litre bottle three times. The bloody thing sits on his desk looking like a gunpowder barrel!Gassing Station | Jobs & Employment Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
