Yes I have my answers and MOTIVATION. But competition is stiff and I may be able to angle/skew my normal answers in my favour by any pointers from helpful and knowledgeable Legal type PH'ers.

TBH if you want us to provide a different angle to what would be your generic answers to those questions you gotta give us the industry your looking to work in and what your potential role would be.
Those questions are simple if your honest with yourself and think of what you want out of this role besides the money.
My main motivation for my current postion is that it will provide me with 18 - 24 months of high level project management which will enable me to complete a masters in something similar to what im dealing with right now. Obviously i elaberated on that and gave a varried answer but that was my main message. My boss loved that still after 4 years of uni i still had the drive to carry on my learning and that if i was willing to do that i would be willing to put the hard work into understanding (learning) the project history more so than someone who possibly has closed there mind to reading and learning again.

OP says what the "industry" is, although I omitted to say the position is for a training post after completing my degree. Thanks for your other valuable points though.
Perhaps I had greater expectations of possible "candidate differentiating" answers.
Anyway, I've just had the job offer after the interview so I suppose my answers were good enough.
