Meeting the directors - what to expect?

I had a telephone interview with a small software house for a developer role which went really well. Straight away they said that I am in the next stage once the q and a was all done. They mentioned that after the face-to-face interview (my most recent step with them), there is a stage where I meet the directors and generally "seal the deal", the interviewer (who is a development manager) said.
After my face-to-face interview, which also went well, this stage was mentioned and it was described by the same guy as being informal.
I rang the agency today who told me the company was interested in my availability - for this interview. The agency didn't really have many more details apart from telling me that the company thought the interview went really well and I'd be a good fit in the team. That is great news for me, but the details about this step where a bit cagey. I will know more tomorrow.
Can anyone in a similar position tell me what I may expect?

I've been in this position and to be honest it isn't anything to worry about. The directors want to meet you to make sure they agree with what the development manager has said. It'll be a simple hello, nice to meet you, maybe a couple of questions about your past experience and what you're looking forward to most about working for this company. Don't try too hard to shine, afterall you'll be working for the development manager, just come across as you have done so far and above all even though they say "informal" still wear a suit!

I agree with most of the above apart from towards the end.
You need to be on your best interview behaviour as at the end of the day, the directors are going to have final say. It may well be informal and just a rubber stamping process but you should be prepared as you would for any other interview!

You can expect it to be a tiny company where the directors are a husband + wife and they will hate you no matter how good you are for not committing as much to the company as they have (by remortgaging their house and working all day & night).
