WTD - Telecom process analyst

Looking for a process analyst who knows Telco well. Needs a good understanding of eTOM (ITIL would be good too), creating corporate process frameworks and working with subject experts to document processes and procedures in human-readable format, also translating to formalised descriptions for process orchestration.

£50K+, based in Docklands.
