WTD - junior mechanic for race team

We are an expanding Caterham Race team and trackday specialist based near Harlow, Essex.

Looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, eager to learn person, who is prepared to work unsociable hours (weekends, away from home etc.). The money will be crap to start with, but long term prospects for the right person could be good. Driving/trailer licence a big plus.

I don't suffer fools, and anyone who can say 'wicked' with a straight face needn't apply, but do a good job and I'll see you right.
