Modelling how does one get into it?

Hello, I am convinced that my girlfriend is beautiful like any other bloke does, but I feel she has spark and is capable of earning good money from modelling. She is not the cat walk type, maybe not tall enough and no topless stuff but looking beautiful at shows and maybe catalogue stuff.

How does one start the ball rolling, where does one go? I am good at promoting stuff so I could be her manager if needs be.

Any suggestions, no seedy men wanting pictures I want legit names and companies.

I will give up on here anyway! I posted it on the "jobs" part of the forum rather than the pie and piston one because I thought I'd get a decent response rather than the jokers that have posted, it actually remained unanswered for a couple of days.

I am not going to post a picture of my GF on this website for people to perve over, she isn't a model yet and I'll keep her to myself at the moment thanks.
