Interior Designer needed x 2 (interior and kitchen design)

Hi all,
I work for a contemporary interior design company in the centre of Birmingham. We are currently looking for 2 designers for our fresh young team.
Just to fill you in on the type of work we do. We are a contemporary design company, we have been in business for 10 years and work in both the retail and contract sector. We are a small team but very friendly and hard working with our focus mainly on design and always producing a superb product that will please our customer. We only deal with the high end of the market and our products and projects reflect this. We sell a vast range of products from kitchens to lighting and wardrobes, we sell individual items or we organise, design and install whole schemes for a customers house etc.
We are currently looking for 2 designers to join our retail team.
1. We need a designer who will focus mainly on kitchen design. You will be responsible for designing, selling and managing the projects from concept through to completion. The position is not just kitchen design, it will involve designing wardrobes, bathrooms and anything else needed for the team. You will also need to sell products and help to cover selling in the showroom.
2. We need an interior designer that will work under our head interior designer helping to design interior projects from concept to completion. Again you will need to sell from the showroom and help to run the selling of products but you will work on small projects designing interior layouts and concepts. This will lead to taking control of larger jobs and designing anything and everything.
Both positions need candidates that have a very keen interest in design. Experience in both design and sales is not necessary but would be helpful. We are looking for the right people that fit into a dynamic and exciting team. Training will be given in products and job role but we are looking for someone with the capability to hit the ground running and work hard. Good knowledge of computers, Mac based mainly and any 3D experience and CS experience would be a bonus.

We do sometimes need 3D photo visuals but this is not a regular requirement. I am really looking for a full time designer who i can have train to the business. Thanks for your enquiry, if you want to send me some images so i can see what you have done in the past and some details of costs etc then i may have some freelance work in the future.
