LFW: Entry into Project Co-Ordination/Management (SW)
Discussion
Hi all,
I'm currently employed as a bit of an IT All-Rounder at the school I currently work at, and am looking to move on. I have slight experience in management, including working in an Incidents and Alerts management team on the phone, and hands on experience of managing a project with the school I'm currently at, from initiation through to closure, and now just doing the system admin side of things while I look for a new role.
If anyone knows of anything (aside from the usual mediums like Reed and Monster), please let me know. Also, if anyone has any advice on how to get into this line of work, please also let me know.
I'm happy to send my CV to anyone that is able to help.
Ideally would like to work in Swindon or within reasonable commuting distance, although I'm not adverse to going further to help my career.
Any help is much appreciated, and thanks in advance.
I am also SC Cleared until 2015.

Still on the lookout for this sort of work. In addition to my above request, I was just wondering if someone could advise with regards to:
What qualifications should I aim for? I know PRINCE2 is the de facto of the industry, but are there any others to be aware of?
What type of job should I be looking for, if I'm not able to get into a Co-ord role?
What should I be including on my CV, to show that I am the right person for the job?
Any other advice would be much appreciated!
