Temp work pre xmas?

Looking for some short term work for 6 weeks or so from now until Christmas.

What type of businesses take on extra staff at this time of year? Have looked at Royal Mail but they don't have a depot near me.

You could try shops lots of them take on staff in the run up to Xmas.
