My OH has been in managerial rolls for many years. Mainly in food manufacturing. He's a very successful confident man with shining references and a clean track record. He is however looking to totally change his career. He would still like to stay in Management.
If your wondering why I'm doing this on his behalf its because he wants to get Christmas out of the way before he begins his Job search. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Ever considered going self Employed to be fair there's not many decent jobs going at the moment. People seem to be getting laid off rather than took on. Business link helped me a few years back and although some say there rubbish they were very good for me and from recent conversations there's quite a bit of funding being put in to try help people get out of the slump. Best thing i ever did but not for everyone good luck for the future though.
