Hello like minded petrol-heads!
I recently started my own business and have experienced good success and have grown into a larger office. (what recession)??

I’m currently looking for 1 or 2 like minded individuals who not only would like to make serious money as a recruitment consultant but someone who is keen with becoming a team leader(s) and so on.

In terms of core skills or raw ingredients as I refer to them as I’m after the following:

• Confident
• Willing to learn and implement
• Willing to work long hours
• Robustly motivated

FULL training with be providing and I will be personally work along side you. I don’t expect someone to come in and start placing candidates from day one but if you genuinely work hard I can see you making regular commission in 60-90 days.

I’m looking to expend the company over the coming years in both the UK and abroad and I’m a very ambitious individual all I can say is that if you work hard and be loyal there won’t be another company you will need to work for.
