any suggestions i need a job as soon as possile im 16 on the 21st of march have looked on varois supermarket websites and also mcdonalds but they dont seem to show part time jobs in my area i live in newton ayclife just any help please im struggling to fnd a job probably because of the recession

You should go and actually ask in supermarkets/mcdonalds/other shops - I wouldn't rely on websites.

Write letters to companies with a cv, asking for work expereance, show enthusiasm and they might agree to take you on as an apprentice, thats what i did for our lass, now shes got a few years experance shes started a degree in the subject!

Revise for your Gcse's and then in July get on a push bike and knock on every door of every business in town, with a CV. Don't even think about it until your exams are over.

(My 15 year old son has a part time job in a garden centre, but he's hoping to do 5 days a week after his exams until he goes to 6th form.)
